Overview: Source block

Use this operation to import data from a source block. The source from which you import is the Architect Source block which will either be historical or real-time. This dataset can contain either discrete or continuous data. The various source blocks are:

Text source
Optimised database source
Tabular database source
Wonderware Historian source
Proficy historian source
PI historian source
OPC Classic Client source
OPC UA Client source
Discrete text source
Discrete optimised database source
Discrete tabular database source
Discrete Wonderware Historian source
Discrete Proficy historian source
Discrete PI historian source
Discrete OPC Classic Client source

You need to configure each of these source blocks, for example adding a timestamp field for continuous sources or selecting an index for discrete sources.
